It's that time of year...Spring Cleaning! I can't wait. I hibernate as much as possible in the winter. I hate snow, cold, and dampness. Living in New England is not conducive to a shiny, happy Kerry. But, today I see sun. It's in the low 60s, which is practically a heat wave here! I have the heat off (Yay, at $4 a gallon I'm thrilled), and the windows open. Now it's time to attack the dust bunnies with a vengeance.

Cleaning supplies are pretty expensive. Most of them are exactly like their competitors and the only difference is price due to name brand. I can go to the Dollar Store and buy the same effective supplies for $1 each. Sometimes though, when I"m in the mood to splurge, I get all feisty and buy all name brands. I never do it without a coupon though!

Along with Spring cleaning I start to plant flowers. I am not a good gardener. Last year I spent 3 hours digging holes, making sure it was all evenly distributed, and I planted gorgeous flowers. About 3 minutes after I was done, the kids and dog came outside and dug up every single seed. I just stood there laughing. I now have wildflowers growing out of the base of a big tree I have.
